Diagnosis is not destiny.
A diagnosis can shake the body, the mind, and the spirit. But it does not have to steal identity, hope, faith, or the will to keep living one brave day at a time.
From Stage 4 fear to stronger every day.
When I was told my cancer was Stage 4 and incurable, I had to make a choice every single day. I could live only inside the diagnosis, or I could learn how to live beyond it.
I chose to fight with everything available to me. I listened to my doctors. I asked questions. I advocated for myself. I supported my body naturally. I focused my mind. I prayed. I believed. And I allowed the people who loved me to help.
This space is for women walking through the same storm — and for the families, partners, and friends who want to know how to show up with love.
I know what if feels like to hear "Stage 4."
When cancer became part of my life, I had to learn how to face one day at a time. Some days were scary. Some days were painful. Some days I needed help, even when I wanted to be strong.
I learned that strength does not mean doing everything alone. Strength means accepting love, asking better questions, advocating for yourself, praying through fear, and choosing hope again tomorrow.
Diagnosis is real. Fear is real. But your story is still being written.

Plus now I wasn’t afraid of food! (Apples, Corn on the cob, ribs... bring it!)
I could eat what I wanted when I wanted. And I could kiss my husband or my grandchildren with confidence.
Simply by eating this “melting candy” every day, I was able to knock out the bad breath, the loose teeth, and the respiratory issues in one fell swoop!
And my husband got back the smile he fell in love with!
Now I’m back to the REAL Molly. The one who lights up a room with her bright smile… and isn’t afraid to get close to people because of her breath.
